Our client: a leading FMCG company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers worldwide is looking to hire a HR Supervisor- Corporate.

The role: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees. Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. Fluency in Portuguese preferred. Female gender preferred.
