Job Description
Our client: is looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager who plays a critical role in strategic management of communications and interactions with shareholders, analysts, and investors to bolster the company’s financial stature and its perception in the market.
The role: Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s corporate strategy to enhance the organization’s market image. Formulate and uphold an investor relations framework and communication plan as part of the broader corporate strategy. Advise senior management on potential investment community reactions to company decisions and provide insights into market trends and competitor moves. Coordinate financial disclosures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Lead the creation and dissemination of quarterly financial results, investor presentations, and financial communications. Manage the logistics and execution of investor events, site visits, and roadshows. Support top management during investor interactions, fostering effective communication and relationship-building. Coordinate and manage communications with the investment community, including initiating contact with new and existing investors. Develop and implement communication strategies for crisis management to minimize potential negative impacts on the company’s reputation and stock value.
Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is highly desirable. At least 3-5 years of experience in an investor relations role, preferably in the financial sector. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
