Our client: Looking to hire for a trailblazing individual who has had an amazing journey in culinary innovation, have revolutionized and created significant impact with new product developments, reimagined the existing favorites, engineered ingredients for gastronomic excellence.
Your role: Leading a team you would be responsible for leading the organization in products innovations, products renovations, quality enhancements, ingredient value engineering, demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. Develop & design the basis of the consumer interface. Commercial, productivity and saving costs. Building capability within the organization. Maintaining compliance and ensuring zero damage to the business.
Must Have: Master/Bachelor’s degree (preferably Food Engineer, Food science). Strong experience in the food industry. 20+ years of quality experience. Must have led R&D functions with a track record of key initiatives, which created an impact. Experience in food ingredients, bakery solutions, condiments and culinary is critical.
