Job Description
Our client a leading piping solutions industry is looking to onboard a seasoned professional to lead their Supply Chain.
Your role : Managing a multi geography role, you need to bring in-depth managerial experience to lead a team, deal with the 3rd party suppliers, logistics and customs. Manage order executions (Stock and Back-to-Back) through meticulous review for timely delivery, project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and accurate progress reporting. Lead a team of project/program managers and procurement/commercial expeditors across different locations for effective project planning and closure of received orders. Ensure feasible project constraints in received orders by incorporating suitable terms and conditions in commercial offers. Enhance, design, and maintain IT systems for efficient project execution, including approval processes, order efficiency, logistics, documentation, and project closure.
Implement Project Management Methodology: Merge, plan and deploy a unified project execution team. Identify and address supply chain gaps in each project.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Be at the fore front of managing key stakeholder relationships and roadblocks both internally and externally. Build collaboration with internal stakeholders.
The position reports to the Senior Vice President.
Knowledge and skill:
Preferably an Engineering graduate with 10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas / process piping related industry .
Solution seeking mindset and have prior man management experience.
Experience in Supply chain Management is a must.
Fluency in English and Arabic
