Your Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Head PMO to lead project governance and standards initiatives while maintaining meticulous budget records and facilitating agreement on project scopes and plans. This role involves spearheading various projects, effectively managing vendor resources, and ensuring alignment with predetermined targets and KPIs. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and disseminating executive dashboards, proactively addressing project risks and issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Enhancing awareness of logistics within the PMO, coordinating project deliverables, and overseeing training and SOP will also be integral to this position. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of project governance, industry best practices, and effective leadership skills to drive project excellence and alignment with organizational objectives.
Must Haves:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. They should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in project management and business initiatives within sectors such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or retail.
