Our client: Is seeking for an experienced marketing professional from the consumer goods business, who has a potent mix of experience in building brands, market and geographic expansion. You have driven innovation, identified growth strategic initiatives to accelerate the organization forward.
Your role: Develop and deploy a robust incubation strategy to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Work cross functionally with teams to conceptualize, pilot and launch new products. Drive the development of new products, marketing and operational processes. Have a firm control on the financial management of all initiatives.
Must have : Experience in the consumer goods industry ( holistic and qualitative). Experience in incubating and launching new initiatives, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for driving positive change.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
