Our client: seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their HR department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management and a proven track record of implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals.

The role: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues and ensure prompt and effective resolution. Partner with senior management to provide strategic HR advice and support on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market trends. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10-12 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
