Job Description
Our client: An established name in the industrial machinery and equipment industry, with core focus on supplying products and services to a vast network of clients ranging from construction/ oil & gas etc.
The Role: You would play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market share for the business unit. Your key responsibility will include overseeing Sales & Marketing functions to uphold best practices and manage costs effectively. Evaluating division performance and profitability to propose strategies for enhancing performance. Managing inventory planning in alignment with targets, budgets, and cash flow. Contributing significantly to the business development agenda, you would run and manage a team. You should have a great track record of dealing in MEP products and driving profitability. Recommending cost-reduction initiatives while upholding productivity and quality standards. Fostering constructive working relationships within the team and cross-functionally with other departments.
Must Haves: 10+ years of managerial experience within MEP Industry and preferably a degree in Engineering. Ability to make decisions effectively and communicate with the client and project stakeholders, You must have experience in the UAE market.
