Job Description
Our client: A leading FMCG player in bakery ingredients segment is seeking to appoint a dynamic Production Manager for their operation in Riyadh, KSA.
Your role: Having an operational mindset, you will oversee the entirety of the production process, inclusive of maintenance and quality assurance. You will manage equipment, production planning, storage, and product handling, including co-packing lines to ensure adherence to predefined quality benchmarks. Supervise the quality team to ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations across all operational facets. Increase and achieve production targets within set timelines, minimizing operational downtime, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing resource utilization to reduce wastage, rejects, and consumer returns.
Must haves: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a manufacturing set up, primarily in the bakery ingredients sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification, proficiency in English communication, and demonstrable leadership and mentoring capabilities. Comprehensive understanding of production processes, maintenance procedures, and quality control standards, alongside thorough knowledge of health and safety protocols.
