Our client: a leading FMCG powerhouse, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Dammam, KSA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative company that is a leader in the GCC market.

Your role: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. You will analyze economic indicators, customer needs, competition, and market trends across the GCC to create effective digital campaigns. Your role will involve planning and executing these campaigns, managing the company’s social media presence, and optimizing marketing efforts to enhance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Utilize economic indicators, customer insights, competition analysis, and market trends to shape the digital marketing approach.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring engaging and relevant content is shared.
Performance Measurement: Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to drive growth.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to enhance user experience and manage operational requirements.
Optimize Marketing Effectiveness: Continuously improve marketing processes and strategies to ensure maximum impact and ROI.

Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging and effective digital campaigns.
Client Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Process Management: Effective management of marketing processes to ensure smooth operation and implementation.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven approach to achieving marketing goals.
Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Proficiency in Marketing Research: Skilled in conducting marketing research and statistical analysis.
Budget Development and Financial Planning: Experience in developing marketing budgets and financial plans.
Should carry a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related and should have 6+ years experience in leadership level.
