With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive commercial success and deliver profitable business growth. You would be responsible for the Lower gulf.
Responsibilities: As the Head of Sales, you will lead the commercial function, focusing on delivering profitable business growth through a solid Go-to-Market strategy that aligns with the company’s vision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing strategic sales planning and marketing initiatives, including analyzing different market sectors, competitor strategies, and optimal routes to market.
- Developing and recommending product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share and company profitability.
- Leading and developing an experienced, high-performing sales team, setting standards across the sales function.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop a 5-year growth strategy and aligning Go-to-Market strategies with the company’s vision.
- Establishing strong collaboration across all functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Demonstrating exceptional understanding of business and market dynamics in consumer channels.
- Training and developing sales personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Setting and tracking key sales KPIs to measure and drive sales activity.
- Managing very complex sales operations effectively.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
- 18+ years of quality sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on FMCG and devising Go-to-Market strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across all functions.
- Exceptional understanding of business and market dynamics in consumer channels.
- Experience in training and developing sales personnel to drive performance.
- Proficiency in setting and tracking key sales KPIs to measure and drive sales activity.
- Ability to manage very complex sales operations efficiently.
