Our Client: Is a Premier systems integrator company in UAE ,looking for a Sales Account Manager

The Sales Manager is tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan targeting specific industries and clients. They identify and pursue potential business deals, analyze market strategies, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals. Additionally, they oversee the bidding process, maintain confidentiality, and participate in professional networking activities. The role involves enhancing the organization’s reputation, managing team goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing regular performance reports. Finally, the Sales Manager supports employee engagement, adheres to quality standards, and fulfills additional tasks as assigned by management.

Must Haves:The Sales Manager, ideally possessing a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in sales or marketing, demonstrates strong communication skills and an aptitude for managing complex projects. They excel in multitasking and exhibit excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is essential. Moreover, they thrive in environments with minimal guidance, proactively navigate uncertainties, and efficiently handle various tasks.
