Our client: A renowned name in the FMCG space is looking out for a Saudi National who will join them as an Assistant HR Manager in Jeddah, KSA.

Your Role: This position will serve as a critical member of the team responsible to support the HR function with special focus on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee relations, Performance management, and HR policies and procedures implementation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review, and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

Must Haves: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR roles with progressive responsibility and leadership experience. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Masters Degree is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization. Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. Must be a Saudi National.
