Our Client: Our client is a leading organization in the consumer goods manufacturing sector, dedicated to ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Role Overview: The role encompasses crafting and implementing strategies for the Sales & Distribution business unit and fostering collaboration with other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategy for the Sales & Distribution business unit.
  • Lead and manage relationships between Sales & Distribution and other business units.
  • Oversee the acquisition of new external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and monitoring expenditures.
  • Direct sales and distribution operations, including forecasting and planning.
  • Maintain relationships with local retailers to achieve sales targets.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in Sales & Distribution management.
  • 15+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
  • Expertise in sales and distribution operations.
  • Ability to forecast and plan effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
