Our client: A well-known FMCG company is looking to hire Sales Director based in Jeddah, KSA

Your Role: We need a seasoned sales professional who can manage the effective marketing objectives, develop the sales strategy, oversee the consolidation and recommend the sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget, supervises the day-to-day operations, commercials & futures of sales. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and managing the strategic sales planning and marketing of the company, including the analysis of the different market sectors, the strategies of the competitors, and the best routes to market. Someone who is good at managing and implementing sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales in the organization. Work closely with the account management, and operations teams to implement a targeted sales strategy. Should have prior experience in managing the P&L and a strong market understanding of the country, and regions.

Must Haves: 12+ years of holistic and qualitative sales experience in the FMCG industry supporting direct sales & distribution with a bachelor’s degree. Astute professional who carries not only operational excellence but the ability to put strategic plans together as well. Excellent communicator who can not only influence but can present to a board as well with good leadership skills.
