Our Client
Our client is looking for a highly connected and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, employee documentation, licensing, and compliance activities across the business. The role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination with UAE authorities while supporting business continuity and regional expansion activities.
Role Overview
As Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will manage all employee visa and immigration processes, trade licensing, and government-related documentation while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations. You will act as the key liaison between the company and government authorities and support regional expansion activities, including trade license setup across GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related immigration procedures
- Process labour and immigration documentation through relevant UAE authorities
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications, medical testing appointments, and onboarding documentation
- Manage trade license renewals, company registrations, and related approvals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with:

- Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Immigration Department
- Municipality
- Chamber of Commerce
- Free Zone Authorities
- Ensure all employee and company documents remain valid and renewed before expiry
- Submit, collect, and process official documentation with government entities
- Stay updated on UAE labour laws, immigration policies, and regulatory changes
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain organised records and filing systems for all government and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments on compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support management with government approvals, permits, and regional expansion documentation, including trade license setup in GCC countries
Must-Have
- Emirati national preferred
- Male candidates preferred
- 2–5 years of experience as a PRO within the UAE
- Strong experience dealing with labour, immigration, and government authorities
- Proven knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and licensing processes
- Experience supporting trade license setup and renewals, ideally across GCC markets
- Strong network and relationship management skills with government entities
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills
- Good knowledge of UAE government portals and online systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
