Our client is a globally recognized food brand with ambitious international growth plans. With a strong presence across multiple markets and a commitment to commercial excellence, the business is investing heavily in growth, digital commerce, customer acquisition, and market expansion. They are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive demand generation and accelerate growth across the GCC and priority international markets.
Your Role
This is not a traditional brand management position. You will lead the growth agenda across international markets, ensuring marketing investment translates into measurable commercial results. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams, you will drive acquisition, retention, digital commerce performance, trade activation, and customer growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy and execution across GCC and international markets.
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase performance.
- Build and optimize digital and performance marketing programs.
- Strengthen marketplace and quick-commerce growth across key platforms.
- Lead trade marketing initiatives across modern trade and strategic retail partners.
- Develop CRM and consumer lifecycle programs to improve loyalty and purchase frequency.
- Drive data-led decision making through analytics, testing, and performance measurement.
- Partner closely with commercial teams to improve distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.
- Manage marketing investments with a strong focus on ROI and commercial outcomes.
Must-Have
- 10+ years of FMCG marketing experience.
- Strong experience in growth marketing, digital commerce, and trade marketing.
- Exposure to UAE, GCC, or international markets.
- Proven ability to convert marketing investment into measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of modern trade, e-commerce, marketplace, and quick-commerce ecosystems.
- Commercially driven with experience managing budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
