Your Role:
This is a commercially focused finance leadership role that goes well beyond financial reporting. You will lead the finance function while partnering closely with senior management to improve business performance, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making.
Operating within a manufacturing and project-based environment, you will provide financial oversight across production, procurement, inventory, project execution, and commercial operations. The role requires someone who can balance financial discipline with commercial insight and help the business make informed decisions through accurate reporting, cost visibility, and effective cash management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial planning, reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and growth.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights on profitability, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Establish strong financial controls across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, project execution, and commercial operations.
- Drive project costing, manufacturing cost analysis, and profitability reporting across business lines.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, receivables, and supplier payment strategies to improve liquidity.
- Partner with sales, operations, procurement, and manufacturing teams to support commercial decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, VAT, Zakat, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead audit activities and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Improve finance processes through ERP optimization, reporting automation, and continuous process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, furniture, interior fit-out, project-based manufacturing, or inventory-intensive businesses.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Experience with project accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
