Our client: A leading company in food supplies is looking to hire an Internal Audit Committee Head to join their team.
The role: As the Head of Internal Audit Committee, you will take charge of developing and implementing a meticulously crafted strategic internal audit plan intricately aligned with the organization’s objectives. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the comprehensive identification, assessment, and vigilant monitoring of risks spanning across the organization’s landscape. Ensuring strict adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry standards will be paramount, safeguarding the organization’s integrity and reputation. Additionally, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the internal audit function, nurturing a dynamic and adept team. Presenting audit findings and insightful recommendations to the board of directors and executive management will be central to your role, offering strategic insights crucial for informed decision-making and organizational advancement.
Must Haves: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. CA, CMA professional. 20+ years of relevant experience, IPO and MNC experience is highly preferred.
