Our client is a technology-led enterprise business entering its next phase of growth in Saudi Arabia. With strong foundations in place and early market traction established, the business is now focused on scaling revenue, deepening sector penetration, and building long-term enterprise relationships. Backed by Group CEO sponsorship and Board visibility, this is a high-priority growth mandate.

Role Overview
This is a Country CEO role with a clear build mandate — not a maintenance position. You will lead the commercial scale-up of the Saudi operation, taking full ownership of go-to-market execution, revenue growth, and market expansion. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the business into a leading enterprise player in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and build a predictable ARR model
  • Convert pipeline into long-term enterprise contracts
  • Lead market penetration across logistics, energy, and government-linked sectors
  • Build and scale high-performing commercial teams across sales, operations, and account management
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including insurers and data partners
  • Define hiring plans, sector prioritisation, and go-to-market strategy within agreed frameworks
  • Strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients and institutional stakeholders
  • Operate with EBITDA discipline and ensure alignment with board-level expectations
  • Establish performance frameworks, reporting structures, and commercial accountability

Must-Have

  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology-enabled solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen across ARR models, unit economics, and EBITDA management
  • Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build, hire, and lead high-performance commercial teams
  • Board-level exposure with the ability to present and defend strategy
  • Strong network and relationships in the Saudi market that translate into business outcomes
  • Builder mindset with the ability to convert early traction into scalable growth
