Role Overview: The role encompasses crafting and implementing strategies for the Sales & Distribution business unit and fostering collaboration with other business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Sales & Distribution business unit.
- Lead and manage relationships between Sales & Distribution and other business units.
- Oversee the acquisition of new external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and monitoring expenditures.
- Direct sales and distribution operations, including forecasting and planning.
- Maintain relationships with local retailers to achieve sales targets.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in Sales & Distribution management.
- 15+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
- Expertise in sales and distribution operations.
- Ability to forecast and plan effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
