Our client: A well-established and respected organization in the food sector is looking for a Manager – Talent and Organization Development.
Your role : Will be crucial in overseeing key facets of talent management, learning and development, internal communication, and culture building within our organization. This role requires expertise in developing and implementing succession planning strategies, designing learning programs, facilitating effective communication, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing graduate programs, and delivering customized training programs that align with organizational goals and individual development needs.
Must Haves: At least 8+ years of experience in FMCG industry in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of succession planning principles and delivering effective training programs tailored to different audiences.
