Our client is a well-established design-lead interiors and architectural solutions business with a strong presence across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The company is in its expansion stage and is looking for a commercial team to accelerate retail growth.
Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales growth across the UAE by developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and strengthening relationships with key retail accounts.
Must-Have
- 3-8 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, or business development.
- Proven experience managing dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales strategies and channel development.
- Experience within the interior products, building materials, home improvement, fit-out, or related construction products industry will be highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
