Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to be a part of a dynamic team in Dubai for a well-known company operating in the food industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, revenue growth, revenue forecasting, and profit margin improvement within the consumer goods industry. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, driving opportunities in pricing through competition price index analysis, promotional mix, trade spend, and marketing spend optimization. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and developing market penetration strategies. The Revenue Growth Manager will also develop pricing strategies, conduct pricing analysis, and manage budgets for marketing and sales initiatives. You will lead process improvements to enhance revenue management practices and collaborate with various functions to ensure alignment on revenue growth goals.

Additionally, the role requires proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, overseeing financial forecasting, business planning, and evaluating new product launch profitability. Oversee the daily operations of the Revenue Growth Management team, ensuring adherence to established policies, processes, and procedures. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices. Consider international best practices for enhancing business processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.

Must Haves:

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of extensive experience in profit margin improvement, revenue stream identification, business development, pricing strategy, market penetration strategies, process improvement, and competitive analysis, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are required.
