Role Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Manufacturing Manager will lead end-to-end operations at a state-of-the-art frozen food production facility in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing poultry, meat, and seafood processing, ensuring world-class quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead large-scale, automated manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full production lifecycle: raw material intake, processing, packaging, cold storage, and dispatch.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize cycle times.
  • Drive automation and technical innovation aligned with global best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, HALAL, and other regulatory standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization through effective planning and scheduling.
  • Conduct technical training and development programs to build plant capabilities.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders on production performance and compliance.

Your Profile: 

  • 5–10 years of experience in frozen food or FMCG manufacturing operations.
  • Prior exposure to poultry, seafood, or meat processing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with highly automated processing facilities.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, HALAL, and regulatory systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
  • Competency in data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • High integrity and strong ethical standards.
  • Proven leadership and accountability for full plant operations.
  • Resilience and adaptability to plant-level challenges.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to team development and mentorship.
  • Proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional leadership skills.
