Our Client: A leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Internal Audit Manager.

Your Role: The incumbent is required to strengthen the governance process and add value by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach through the application of thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment. In addition, this position would be responsible for determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans, performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over support function’s effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations, obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.

Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA/CA/CMA/CIA. 4+ years of proven work experience as an Internal Auditor handling internal/external audit within FMCG industry. Having experience with a Big 4 firm would be a big plus. Strong background in the GCC culture. Ability to oversee risk management and control management to maximize support functions’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance. Advanced computer skills, accounting software and databases.
