Must-have: We are actively seeking a seasoned Finance Director with a must-have background in the poultry industry and a strong track record in financial management. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 10-20 years of progressive experience, preferably holding CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications. Critical to this role is a deep understanding of biological assets accounting, multi-product portfolios management, and dealing with low shelf-life perishable goods. The candidate must have demonstrated expertise in navigating multi-currency transactions and complex international financial environments, particularly within the Middle East region.
