Role Overview:
You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across commercial functions. This role requires a strong command of Power BI, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven thinking throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Integration & Reconciliation
- Identify and map critical data sources across sales, supply chain, marketing investments, and syndicated market data.
- Leverage Power BI to connect, clean, and harmonize data from various systems—creating a unified, reliable foundation for decision-making.
- Develop robust frameworks to resolve data inconsistencies and deliver a clear, singular version of the truth.
2. Turning Data into Insightful Stories
- Design dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports that track KPIs, uncover trends, flag issues, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to identify bottlenecks and missed opportunities.
- Focus on impactful data visualization that tells a compelling story and drives better decisions.
3. Collaborative Business Partnering
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on key metrics and ensure insights translate into action.
- Act as a “data translator”—making complex analytics accessible, relevant, and actionable across all levels of the organization.
4. Power BI Development & Enablement
- Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly dashboards tailored to the needs of different stakeholders—from frontline sales teams to senior executives.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making through dashboard self-service, usability, and accessibility.
- Ensure consistency and governance in reporting—maintaining one definition per metric, in one place, for all to trust.
Your Profile:
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and intuitive dashboard design.
- Strong commercial acumen—experience in FMCG or other fast-paced, consumer-focused environments is a strong advantage.
- A natural problem-solver—comfortable navigating ambiguity and connecting the dots in complex datasets.
- Excellent communicator—able to distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
- Preference may be given to Saudi nationals in accordance with Saudization policies.
