With recent investments in regional processing capabilities, they have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The company is focused on building a modern, integrated supply and production platform for frozen poultry, coated, marinated, and ready-to-cook value-added products, serving both GCC and export markets.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead the end-to-end manufacturing operations of a newly established, multi-line processing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a commercially astute factory leader who views operations as a strategic driver of profitability. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and is central to the company’s regional growth and expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the full factory management team across production, maintenance, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Own and optimize plant operations across primary processing, marination, coating, freezing, and packing lines.
- Drive performance against KPIs including OEE, yield, cost-per-kg, labor efficiency, and service levels.
- Embed Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices into daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with SFDA, SASO, GSO, and halal certification standards.
- Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capital expenditure planning.
- Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams on production planning and fulfillment.
- Build a high-performance culture with a focus on safety, accountability, and workforce development.
Your Profile:
- 18+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food processing, poultry, or frozen/ready-to-eat categories.
- Proven success in managing large-scale industrial manufacturing sites, including greenfield or brownfield setups.
- Strong expertise in OEE, cost optimization, yield management, and factory P&L.
- Familiarity with halal processing and GCC regulatory frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams in the GCC.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
