Role Overview
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will lead multi-site warehousing, distribution, and transport operations across the Kingdom.
This role is accountable for ensuring inventory integrity, on-time order fulfillment, fleet optimization, and cost-efficient logistics performance. The position requires a strong operational leader capable of driving process discipline, system utilization, and service reliability in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The role reports to the Associate Director-Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution activities across multiple depots.
- Drive operational efficiency in receiving, storage, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
- Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and process discipline.
Inventory & Service Reliability
- Maintain stock accuracy through structured controls and reconciliation practices.
- Safeguard product availability to meet market demand and distribution targets.
- Oversee timely and accurate order execution across all channels.
Transportation & Cost Control
- Optimize route planning and fleet utilization to ensure delivery performance.
- Manage logistics providers and fleet readiness in line with regulatory standards.
- Control warehousing and transportation budgets, driving continuous cost improvement.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure disciplined use of SAP and logistics systems to enable real-time visibility.
- Track operational KPIs and implement practical process enhancements.
- Support digital and system upgrades impacting warehouse and transport functions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and transport teams across locations.
- Partner cross-functionally to align logistics priorities with commercial and production needs.
Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing multi-site operations.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong operational mindset with hands-on knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- Arabic and English proficiency required.
- Structured, performance-driven leader with strong problem-solving capability.
