Role Overview

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join the Marketing function based in Jeddah.
This role plays a key part in translating consumer, market, and competitive insights into clear recommendations that support brand growth, marketing effectiveness, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research across consumers, categories, and brands
  • Manage research projects end-to-end, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze consumer behavior, segmentation, and purchase trends to support marketing strategy
  • Track market share, brand health, and competitive activity across categories
  • Support customer satisfaction, NPS, and post-campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Translate research findings into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer analytics roles
  • Strong experience with surveys, research methodologies, and insight generation
  • Comfortable working with data visualization or statistical tools (e.g., SPSS or similar)
  • Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • FMCG or consumer-focused industry experience is highly preferred
