Role Overview

We’re hiring a smart, driven Sales Manager to take charge of distributor operations for Iraq.
This isn’t a routine coverage role, it’s for someone who understands how to translate opportunity into consistent growth.

You’ll manage the full commercial picture: building and driving distributor capability, unlocking new channels, and ensuring market execution matches ambition.
Volume matters, but what really counts is consistency, visibility, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Driving distributor performance and accountability with a clear focus on outcomes.
  • Opening new channels, HORECA, modern trade, and traditional retail.
  • Building strong market intelligence loops on pricing, promotions, and competition.
  • Partnering with regional leadership to scale revenue strategically.
  • Ensuring execution excellence on visibility, availability, and cash flow.

Your Profile

You’ll fit this role if you bring:

  • 8–12 years of commercial experience in frozen foods, poultry, or FMCG.
  • Hands-on exposure to the Iraq market, ideally based in Baghdad or Erbil.
  • Proven strength in distributor management and B2B food sales.
  • business development mindset with an operator’s urgency.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you don’t just report numbers, you explain what they mean.

This is not a desk job. It’s a sharp, on-ground commercial role for someone who knows how to influence, execute, and deliver results.
