Your Role
This is a senior brand leadership role with a clear mandate to build long-term brand equity. You will define and steward the brand across the organization—shaping how patients, partners, and employees experience the brand in every interaction.
Working closely with marketing, operations, product, and HR, you will ensure the brand is not only communicated externally but embedded internally and delivered consistently at scale.
Must Have
- 7–10 years of experience in brand leadership roles within healthcare, hospitality, or consumer services
- Strong track record in brand strategy, storytelling, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Digital-first mindset with experience across CRM, content, martech, and campaign performance measurement
- Ability to balance creative direction with data-driven brand metrics and insights
- Proven experience managing creative, PR, and agency partners across large-scale initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
