They are now entering an exciting new phase of growth, building a dental services platform across the UAE under a dynamic leadership team. This role is not about maintaining legacy operations—it’s about shaping what comes next.

Your Role

Commercial Lead | Dental Clinics | Dubai

This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving tangible results across revenue, patient growth, and clinic performance. You will be part of the Growth Hub, reporting to the Head of Commercial, and will play a critical role in translating commercial strategy into sustained revenue outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong execution—using pricing, partnerships, performance levers, and analytics to move the numbers, not just the narrative.

Must Have

  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, B2B partnerships, or business development
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or multi-site service businesses preferred
  • Strong commercial and analytical orientation, with experience in pricing, ROI analysis, and performance metrics
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns, present insights to senior leadership, and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms, BI dashboards, and market research tools
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocation
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable; ability to operate at pace is essential
