Our Client:
A privately held FMCG manufacturing group with a strong footprint in consumer goods and hygiene products.
Your Role:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building disciplined, plant-relevant HR practices across talent, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
This role sits close to plant leadership and requires a hands-on HR operator who can work effectively in a factory environment, support workforce planning, and address day-to-day people matters in a production-led setting. You will partner with management to strengthen workforce stability, improve HR processes, and ensure the business is equipped to manage the operational demands of a manufacturing operation.
- Must-Have:
8–12 years of progressive experience in HR, people management, or HR business partnering roles - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience working in the Middle East region
- Strong background in manufacturing environments, with exposure to FMCG or industrial businesses preferred
- Solid expertise across core HR areas including talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development
- Ability to operate effectively in a factory setting and manage workforce-related challenges in a production environment
- Experience partnering with plant leadership and supporting operational teams in a hands-on, on-site environment
- Exposure to tissue, paper, or hygiene products manufacturing is a strong advantage
