Our client is a well-established FMCG distribution business in Oman, with a strong footprint across traditional trade channels. The organization is focused on expanding market share, strengthening distributor networks, and driving consistent in-market execution.
Your Role
As the Channel Manager – Traditional Trade, you will be responsible for driving growth across the TT channel by strengthening distributor partnerships and ensuring effective route-to-market execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance channel performance, expand market presence, and lead teams toward achieving commercial targets. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and strong on-ground execution.
Must-Have
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to Traditional Trade
- Proven experience managing distributor networks and route-to-market strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of TT channel dynamics and market execution
- Middle East experience is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
