Your Role
This is a pivotal leadership mandate for a commercially driven operator who can own, scale and professionalise the B2B sales vertical across Saudi Arabia and export markets.
As Vice President – B2B Sales, you will lead a cross-functional team spanning sales, key account management and commercial operations. You will be accountable for sustainable revenue growth, margin protection and the development of long-term strategic partnerships across industrials, HORECA, manufacturing, distributors and government channels.

B2B Growth Ownership
- Own the national B2B revenue agenda across wholesale, institutional, industrial and alternative channels.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with volume, margin and customer profitability objectives.
Strategic Account Management
- Lead and deepen partnerships with major B2B clients, including distributors, manufacturing customers, foodservice groups and government entities.
- Ensure best-in-class key account planning, pricing discipline and service execution.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Build, mentor and scale a high-impact B2B sales and account management organization.
- Embed a performance-led culture with clear KPIs, commercial discipline and accountability.
Channel Development & Penetration
- Drive channel segmentation strategies and develop tailored approaches for emerging B2B verticals.
- Ensure pricing logic, rebate structures and credit policies are fit for purpose across channels.
Forecasting, Reporting & Margin Control
- Partner with Finance and Operations to improve demand forecasting, working capital cycles and margin protection.
- Monitor pipelines, conversion ratios, churn and customer profitability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the commercial voice in S&OP, new product development, packaging and pricing forums.
- Work closely with supply chain, production, finance and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
Must-Have
- 15+ years of B2B commercial experience within FMCG, food, ingredients, foodservice or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record leading national-level B2B teams and delivering sustained revenue and margin growth.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, tendering, pricing strategy and long-term B2B account management.
- Deep understanding of channel development, institutional sales and commercial operations.
- Strong leadership presence with solid analytical and financial acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Saudi National (mandatory), in line with Saudization requirements and strategic alignment.
