Our client
A leading fmcg organization with a large, multi-location workforce is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to support its growing operations.

Your Role

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with commercial and operational goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees across assigned geographies and functions
  • Use people data and business insight to design and implement effective HR policies and programs
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair investigations and sound resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and partner with legal teams as required
  • Support organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession initiatives

Must Have

  • 10+ years of HR experience in a large, fast-paced commercial organization with a sizeable workforce
  • Strong hands-on experience with Saudi labor laws and local compliance requirements
  • Solid working knowledge across core HR disciplines, including ER, compensation, and performance management
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and business-partnering mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / HR systems
