Our client is a fast-scaling healthcare delivery organization navigating rapid expansion and multiple strategic initiatives. As they continue to grow, they are focused on building structure, strengthening execution, and ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
Your Role
You will be part of the Strategy & Transformation team, working closely with cross-functional leaders across the business. Your focus will be on driving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives—bringing clarity, accountability, and momentum to complex workstreams.
This is not a passive project tracking role. You will actively own delivery, anticipate risks, and ensure initiatives land successfully.
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in strategic execution, program management, or transformation roles
(consulting, healthcare operations, or large-scale retail environments preferred) - Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, cross-functional roadmaps
- Strong project management fundamentals including charters, RACI, RAID logs, dashboards, and disciplined follow-up
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively from frontline teams to senior leadership
- Experience using Power BI and project management tools, with a strong bias for clarity and structure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
