Our client is a leading global FMCG organization with a strong footprint across the Middle East. As they continue expanding their presence in the Oman market, they are investing in strengthening on-ground commercial leadership. This hire is critical to drive market penetration, elevate distributor performance, and accelerate growth across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Foodservice channels.
Your Role
As the Sales Manager for Oman, you will own the full commercial agenda for the country. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, driving distributor performance, and ensuring strong market visibility. This role demands someone who thrives in the field, brings strong commercial judgment, and can independently steer growth, forecasting, market intelligence, and sales execution. You will serve as the central driver of revenue, customer relationships, and market expansion.
Must-Have
- Minimum 5+ years of FMCG sales experience frozen or food category preferred
- Proven experience managing B2B sales and leading growth in Oman/MENA
- Established trade relationships across MT/TT/Foodservice in Oman
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial planning capability
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Proficiency in SAP / CRM tools is an advantage
- Valid Oman driving license
- High independence, strong market understanding, and field-driven execution discipline
