Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established FMCG organization with a strong regional footprint. The business places a strong emphasis on digital enablement and data-driven decision-making, with consumer and customer insights playing a critical role in shaping marketing, portfolio and commercial strategies.

Your Role:

This role turns the transformation roadmap into hard numbers. You will design and run the performance framework for transformation, ensuring that leadership has a clear, objective view of progress, risks and value creation across the full change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will sit in the control tower of transformation, with direct impact on how capital, resources and attention are allocated across the program.
  • ou will be the person who turns vague ambitions into measurable KPIs, dashboards and benefit trackers that drive real accountability.
  • You will work at the intersection of strategy, finance and operations, translating complex data into simple, actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
  • You will help shift the organization’s culture from activity‑focused to outcome‑focused, with more data‑driven conversations and fewer anecdotes.
  • Own the transformation performance framework, defining and maintaining KPIs, baselines and targets for major initiatives and workstreams.
  • Build and manage transformation dashboards and reports that offer a single, trusted view of progress, risks and benefits at portfolio, program and initiative level.
  • Analyse performance data to identify underperforming initiatives, structural issues and quick‑win improvements; challenge initiative owners with evidence‑based insights.
  • Partner with portfolio/enterprise transformation colleagues and initiative leaders to ensure every approved initiative has a clear measurement logic and value case.
  • Track benefit realization (financial and non‑financial), quantifying gaps to plan and supporting corrective actions with fact‑based recommendations.
  • Support transformation risk management by monitoring leading indicators, surfacing emerging risks and following up on mitigation plans.
  • Integrate adoption and behaviour metrics into scorecards, giving a clear picture of whether changes are actually embedded in the organization.
  • Prepare performance materials for governance forums and ensure clean, auditable performance and benefits registers.

Must Have:

  • 4–6 years in transformation, performance management, strategy execution or related roles, with clear exposure to KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data, spot patterns and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Hands‑on experience building dashboards/reports (e.g., in Excel or BI tools) and working with both operational and financial data.
  • Proven experience supporting or challenging senior stakeholders with data‑driven narratives, not just providing raw numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex performance information into concise stories for non‑technical audiences.
  • High comfort with evolving data environments and incomplete information; proactive mindset about improving data quality and structure over time.
