A well-loved consumer goods brand currently undergoing a meaningful phase of transformation and scale. This is a business-critical HR leadership role focused on building structure, discipline, and operational rigor without slowing down growth.
Your Role
You will own the HR agenda end-to-end, covering policies, hiring, performance management, employee relations, compensation frameworks, and compliance. The mandate is clear: ensure the function is audit-ready, legally sound, and consistently executed.
You will drive performance cycles that matter — setting clear objectives, running calibration processes, and ensuring accountability through outcomes. A key part of your role will be coaching managers through difficult conversations and ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
You will partner closely with business leaders to improve hiring quality in critical roles, support workforce planning, and address attrition in key areas. You will also manage employee relations end-to-end, including complex and sensitive situations, with sound judgement, fairness, and pace.
Additionally, you will establish a clear and structured monthly HR cadence for leadership — focused on data, risks, actions, and recommendations. This role requires clarity, not noise; substance, not theatre.
Must-Have
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience across both manufacturing and commercial populations, ideally within food or FMCG
- Strong operational grounding with commercial awareness
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, including pushing back when needed
- Proven ability to navigate layered stakeholder environments without losing momentum
- GCC experience is essential
