Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially sharp Sales Manager, based in Kuwait, to take charge of a growing food portfolio.
This is for someone who understands how the local market moves, how distributors operate, how volume is built, and how to spot what’s next.
You’ll own the distributor relationship, drive commercial execution, and become the go-to source of market insight and performance leadership on the ground.
The business is scaling fast and needs someone who’s equally strong in day-to-day execution and long-term growth planning.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be driving:
- Full ownership of distributor relationships, performance, visibility, and accountability.
- Expansion into new accounts, new segments, and underdeveloped territories.
- Building market intelligence that turns into action, pricing, assortment, and competitive insights.
- Close coordination with supply chain, marketing, and leadership for demand planning and activation.
- Ensuring strong commercial performance, visibility, and market consistency.
Your Profile
You’ll bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within frozen foods, protein, or chilled categories.
- Based in Kuwait, with deep understanding of the retail and HORECA landscape.
- Proven success in distributor management and channel development.
- Strong grasp of commercial KPIs, field execution, and net revenue growth.
- Fluent communicator in English and Arabic (preferred).
This role is for someone already in-market, who understands how decisions are made locally and can deliver tangible results from day one.
