Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you will support the executive hiring team with market mapping, talent intelligence, candidate profiling, and search strategy execution. You’ll help identify leadership talent, create detailed candidate reports, and manage search documentation across regional and global mandates. This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role where rigor, curiosity, and business context matter
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Mapping & Org Charts: Research and map organizational structures to identify potential leadership candidates in target markets.
- Candidate Profiling: Build longlists and write crisp, insight-rich summaries of executive candidates including context, trajectory, and alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor talent moves, compensation trends, and leadership shifts across sectors.
- Search Documentation: Maintain search trackers, dashboards, longlists, and due diligence records with meticulous documentation standards.
- Search Strategy Support: Collaborate with consultants to refine sourcing strategies and psychographic filters.
- Sourcing Enablement: Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, Boolean logic, and referral networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in executive search or in-house research/recruitment roles
- Strong written communication—can draft articulate candidate summaries and research reports
- Naturally curious, structured, and able to connect talent insights with business needs
- High attention to detail; thrives in process-driven environments
- Familiarity with market mapping, ATS/CRM systems, and professional networks like LinkedIn
- A detective by mindset, with the writing skills of a storyteller and the precision of a data analyst
- Loves patterns, competitive intelligence, and decoding leadership journeys
- Wants to grow into an executive search or talent advisory career path
