Our client is a well-established FMCG manufacturing business in the food and beverage space, with a strong regional footprint and a legacy brand presence across the Middle East.

Role Overview
As Quality Manager, you will own end-to-end quality across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role goes beyond compliance, focusing on ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently delivered from factory to market. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement while embedding a strong quality culture across teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end quality across manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stages
  • Lead and manage quality systems, certifications, and compliance frameworks
  • Drive audit readiness and lead internal and external audits
  • Oversee factory quality, supplier and vendor quality, and customer feedback loops
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure execution of quality standards
  • Build, lead, and develop quality teams to deliver high performance
  • Strengthen quality culture across the organisation through systems, training, and accountability

Must-Have

  • 6–12+ years of experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing
  • Strong plant-level quality experience with hands-on exposure to production environments
  • Proven experience managing quality systems and certifications (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, BRC, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external audits
  • Experience managing end-to-end quality including factory, supplier, and customer quality
  • Strong exposure to process improvement tools such as CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing and developing quality teams and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and make decisions under pressure
