The college is in a high-paced start-up phase, requiring strong coordination to ensure all launch workstreams stay on track and aligned.
Your Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the PMO Lead in running the college launch programme, handling day-to-day coordination, tracking, and documentation across all workstreams. You will help keep projects on schedule, documentation organised, and communication flowing smoothly across teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the PMO Lead in maintaining the master project plan, action logs, and RAID registers
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and site visits, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up tracking
- Preparing status updates and dashboards based on input from workstream leads (HR, Finance, IT, Dean’s office, AQC, Registrar)
- Maintaining project documentation in an organised and auditable way (policies, SOWs, contracts, submissions, decisions)
- Following up with stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables, escalating slippages to the PMO Lead
- Supporting vendor coordination (IT, fit-out, SIS/LMS) with logistics and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the launch team, especially during peak milestones

Must-Have
- 3–7 years’ experience in project coordination or PMO support; exposure to education or corporate projects is preferred
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using project tools (Excel, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
