Role Overview:
The Media Manager will lead the development and execution of digital media strategies across multiple markets. This includes overseeing e-commerce media, SEO, and retail media, in partnership with global teams, local markets, and media agencies. The role is instrumental in shaping best-in-class media practices to drive ROI and media efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-funnel digital media strategy and campaign execution across AMET markets.
- Oversee retail media planning, SEO strategy, and audience targeting initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison between brand teams and media agencies to ensure alignment and performance.
- Use econometric models, analytics, and market insights to guide media investment decisions.
- Champion global media best practices and localize for market-specific execution.
- Coordinate with transcreation and content teams to deliver media-optimized creative assets.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze media effectiveness, and lead optimization efforts.
Your Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, e-commerce media, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in both agency and in-house/corporate media functions.
- Expertise in retail media platforms, SEO, and digital performance channels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in media mix modeling, ROI tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
- Exposure to or understanding of AMET region media landscape is a strong advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages a plus.
