Our client is a leading FMCG organization with a strong regional presence across the GCC.
Your Role:
As Key Account Manager – Travel Retail, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across duty-free operators, airport retailers, airlines, and regional travel retail partners.
You will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets within travel retail.
- Manage key GCC and regional accounts, leading negotiations, contracts, and Joint Business Plans.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Drive premium SKU placement, visibility, and promotional execution.
- Identify new business opportunities across GCC and other travel retail markets.
- Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring structured and compliant execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.
This is a commercially focused, execution-driven role within a structured corporate environment.
Must Have:
- 5–8+ years of FMCG sales experience.
- Proven experience in Travel Retail / Duty Free (mandatory).
- Experience managing business across GCC and other regional markets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and trade spend management.
- Ability to manage and develop a small team.
- Strong analytical capability and structured reporting discipline.
- High ownership mindset with attention to operational detail.
