Your Role
You will lead the quality function, ensuring robust systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive quality management system aligned with global best practices.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality assurance and control processes.
- Oversee supplier and material quality frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Manage risk, deviations, and corrective actions with structured investigation and resolution.
- Act as the primary interface for regulatory matters, including submissions and inspections.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while enabling cross-functional alignment on quality standards.
Must Have
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in quality, compliance, or regulatory environments within highly regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in quality management systems, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex compliance environments and external audits.
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
