Your Role:
As the Commercial Lead for the Frozen Food category in Saudi Arabia, you’ll drive strategy and execution across top modern trade accounts. You’ll own national key accounts, lead commercial planning, and manage direct relationships with buyers and internal teams. This role is central to accelerating growth, boosting visibility, and delivering strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow major modern trade and national key accounts across the Kingdom.
- Drive commercial planning including listings, promotions, and flawless in-store execution.
- Build strong partnerships with buyers, category managers, and retail stakeholders to align on joint business plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
- Expand product reach by increasing availability and visibility in high-traffic store locations.
- Ensure in-store excellence through impactful displays and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Track product performance at the store level to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid overstocking.
- Maximize profitability by managing P&L and optimizing trade investment returns.
- Lead and inspire a results-driven sales and merchandising team.
- Monitor key metrics like sales growth, distribution, shelf share, and promotion ROI to guide decisions.
Must Have:
- 15+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in frozen food or related categories.
- Proven experience managing large key accounts and executing JBPs.
- Strong understanding of Saudi retail structures and operational nuances.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Data-driven, commercially savvy, and field-oriented leadership style.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large field teams.
